Miso — Terms of Use

1. The app
Miso is a personal money tracker. It is a record-keeping tool, not financial, tax, or investment advice. Numbers Miso reads from receipts or notifications may be wrong; check them before saving.
2. Your data
Your data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping a copy (for example a CSV export) if you change or lose your device.
3. Miso Pro
- Plans. Miso Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the paid period ends.
- Lifetime. A single payment with no renewal. It stays with your store account and can be restored on a new device with "Restore purchase".
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Price changes. Prices, including launch prices, may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and subscribers are told in advance as the store requires.
- Losing Pro. If Pro ends, nothing you recorded is deleted or hidden. Free limits apply again only to creating new items.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the app to bypass Pro, or use it in breach of law.
5. No warranty; liability
Miso is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on numbers in the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continuing to use Miso means you accept the updated terms.
